This blog is a journal of sorts as I go through recovery from anorexia, depression, and anxiety. It may get triggering at times or get very personal because this is an outlet for how I’m feeling. This is the authentic version of me.
I also am really passionate about mental health and eating disorder awareness so I’ll have plenty of posts on those topics as well.
Fair warning: you may discover a few or many typos since a majority of these posts are written late at night long after my energy is gone. I’ll be sure to fix them later on, though.
